Stay STRAIGHT to go onto DALE AVE NW
Turn RIGHT onto 17TH ST NW
Turn LEFT onto CUMBERLAND AVE SW/US-11/US-70/TN-1.
Turn RIGHT onto PHILLIP FULMER WAY SW
Go to the Stop sign - parking is on the right (large parking lot) auditorium is on the left up the hill.

Coming from the east:
Traveling on I-40 W toward KNOXVILLE
Merge onto TN-158 W/JAMES WHITE PKWY via EXIT 388A toward US-441 S/DOWNTOWN/UNIV OF TENN
Take the TN-158 W/NEYLAND DR exit toward UNIV OF TENN
Take the CUMBERLAND AVE ramp toward US-441 S/DOWNTOWN
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto CUMBERLAND AVE SW/US-11 S/US-70 W/TN-1 S.
Turn LEFT onto PHILLIP FULMER WAY SW

Weigh-Ins & Hotel

Book your rooms early at the host hotel (Ramada) for last year we booked it completely. This year we have added a second hotel please call Magnusson Hotels (former Howard Johnson across from Towne West Mall) should the host hotel, Ramada, sell out. Magnusson is offering a rate of $69 with complimentary breakfast. This hotel is about 3 buildings down from the Ramada. Mention Knox Bodybuilding show.

The Weigh-In/Check-In is at the Host Hotel- Ramada.

No tanning products at the UT Alumni Memorial Hall
Friday night weigh-in is MANDATORY. Check-in will be from 7:00 to 9:00 at the official contest hotel. If you cannot be there on Friday night you must make arrangements with the promoters for approval and arrangements made to be checked in on Saturday morning.
Bring your posing music CD to weigh-in (60 seconds routine).
Figure suits must be brought to Friday night weigh-in for inspection by head judge.
BIKINI COMPETITORS MUST WEAR THEIR SUIT TO WEIGH-IN.
Competitors MUST wear their posing trunks to weigh-in. This is MANDATORY. If you do not have them on to weigh in, you will be required to go get them before you can be entered into a weight class. Competitors will be weighed in bare feet and no jewelry.

Fees

Entry fee is $55.00 if received before August 1st, a late fee of $40.00 will be added if entry is received after that date or at check-in.
Crossover fee is $35.00, crossovers allowed for Masters Men, Knox Classic, Emergency Services Division, Teen, & Figure classes only.
NPC cards may be obtained at Friday night weigh-in from the highest ranking NPC official. Membership cards are $ 90.00
NPC card memberships and entry fees to be paid with check or cash only.
CASH ONLY- IF PURCHASED THE DAY OF EVENT.
Ticket prices $30 and $25 for the evening show and $10 for prejudging
