• Pose #1 - Front Double Bicep
• Pose #2 - Front Lat Spread
• Pose #3 - Side Chest Pose (either Side)
• Pose #4 - Side Tricep Extension (either Side)
• Pose #5 - Back Double Bicep
• Pose #6 - Back Lat Spread
• Pose #7 - Abdominal/Thigh Pose
• Pose #8 - Most Muscular (men only)

Teen

* Competitors are required to be ages 13-19 before or on the day of the event
* Crossovers allowed to Knox & Novice & Emergency

Teenage Class Will Have Top 6 Placings

Novice (5 Placings & Overall)

Lightweight (up to and including 165.25lbs)

Middleweight (over 165.25 lbs and up to and including 187.25lbs)

Heavyweight (over 187.25 lbs)

* Competitors who have never competed in a sanctioned NPC event
* Crossovers allowed Teen & Knox & Emergency

Junior (5 Placings & Overall)

Lightweight (up to and including 165.25lbs)

Middleweight (over 165.25 lbs and up to and including 187.25lbs)

Heavyweight (over 187.25 lbs)

* Competitors that have never won an overall in Junior division or placed 1-5 in an open division
* Crossovers allowed Knox & Emergency & Masters

Niels Andersen trophies to be given out to Top Five and the overall will receive a sword/dagger/helmet

Knox (3 Placings & Overall)

Lightweight (up to and including 165.25lbs)
Middleweight (over 165.25 lbs and up to and including 187.25lbs)
Heavyweight (over 187.25 lbs)

Residents of the following counties: Knox, Blount, Sevier, Anderson, Roane, and Loudon. Proof of residency required at weigh-in.

Niels Andersen trophies to be given out to top five and the overall will receive a sword/dagger/helmet

Masters

Lightweight (up to and including 165.25lbs)
Middleweight (over 165.25 lbs and up to and including 187.25lbs)
Heavyweight (over 187.25 lbs)

40- 49 (light middle, and heavy trophies to be given out to top 3 and overall)

50-59 (trophies to be given out to top three)

60+ (trophies to be given out to top three)

Must present ID (proof of age) at weigh-in

Emergency Services (1 Class & Top 5)

* Police, Fire, Medical
* Proof of employment at weigh-in
* Military

Open (5 Placings & Overall)*

Bantam Weight - Up to & including 143.25lbs

Lightweight - over 143.25lbs and up to and including 154.25lbs

Welterweight Over 154.25 lbs up to and including 165.25lbs

Middleweight - over 165.25 lbs up to and including 176.25

Light Heavyweight- over 176.25lbs and up to and including 198.25lbs

Heavyweight - over 198.25lbs, up to 4 including 225.25lbs

Superheavyweight - over 225.25lbs

*Top 2 receive their invitation to Nationals

No one except Knox competitors, staff and NPC officials are permitted backstage at any time before, during or after the competition.Failure to regard this rule could end in disqualification for a competitor. This is an NPC regulation and is based on insurance and liability of the promoter. Anyone backstage without a competitor number or NPC staff credentials will be removed from the building and this rule will be strictly enforced. The Knox staff will be on hand to assist competitors in the pump up area, to apply oil and to answer any questions. The Knox Classic Team wish to Thank You For Your Cooperation.
